INDIAN BANK OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION, ODISHA FEDERAL UNIT is the Federal body of the Officers of Indian Bank covering the whole state of Odisha which is affiliated to the All India Bank Officers Confederation (AIBOC). Indian Bank Officers' Association, Odisha Federal unit is affliated to both AIIBOA and AIBOC and has it's registered office at 3/1 B IRC Village, Nayapally, Bhubaneswar - 751 015. Indian Bank Officers' Association was formed 1st August, 2021 . Indian Bank Officers' Association, Orissa Federal Unit is the Federal unit of All India Indian Bank Officers' Association. Indian Bank as on date has more than 200 Branches and Offices comprising three zones namely, Bhubaneswar Zone, Sambalpur Zone and Berhampur zone in Orissa. Indian Bank Officers' Association Orissa Federal Unit is the majority Officers organization in the state representing more than 95% of the strength of Officers.
The Federal Unit of the Indian Bank Officers' Association is not only serving and looking after the interest of around 700 Officers inside the State but also the interest of more than 900 Officers outside the State. The Federal Unit of Indian Bank Officers' Association is a symbol of unity and solidarity of the members of the State and has been fighting for the interest of the Officers since its inspection. It has been giving protection to the Officers against exploitation and victimization.
With the development of technology and electronic media it has been long felt to launch one website of Indian Bank Officers' Association, Odisha Federal Unit to exchange views, ideas and information amongst members of Association.
